Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of EA/AA/secretary/receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound communications, answer calls and emails, and route to internal parties.
• Coordinate scheduling by aligning cross-functional availability.
• Maintain dispatch schedules to keep service calls and technicians organized.
• Liaise with visitors and act as a point of contact for walk-in customers.
• Communicate policies and procedures and alert staff to changes.
• Support executive operations, book travel and draft communications.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
• Be available on-call remotely for scheduling emergencies on weekends/nights.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
