Job summary

MPE Services is seeking a motivated dispatcher to join its customer service team in Alabama. You will manage high-volume service calls, prioritize requests, and coordinate dispatch of service technicians to residential and commercial clients.

MPE Services, is searching for a motivated and experienced dispatcher for our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task with a high volume of calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Field high volume incoming service calls.

• Accounts receivables and invoicing to customers.
