Premier Service Company, Inc. is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and dispatching for our technician teams, serving as the main point of contact between customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities with customer service experience; HVAC and dispatching experience are preferred. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits in a family‑oriented company.

• Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and reports service calls.
• Participates in training for professional development.
• Updates customers on technician progress.
• Submits work orders.
• Processes work order invoices.
• Collects on customer accounts.
• Process technician work orders.
• Provides customer service to customers and technicians.
• Be available for additional duties as assigned.
