River City One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a motivated customer service representative to handle incoming calls and assist with supervision and dispatch of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. This full-time role includes weekday and weekend shifts, with 401k, health insurance, paid vacation and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating with technicians in the field, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional time management.
• Must have good computer software skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Nighttime/weekend/holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client telephone calls and shape the first impression of the company.
• Maintain good communication with clients with a courteous and pleasant phone manner.
• Make outbound calls to club membership clients to book maintenance jobs.
• Maximize efficiency and profit of our technicians.
• Coordinate with field technicians to relay job details from the office.
• Collaborate with CSR team to achieve objectives.
