You will receive service calls, schedule technicians, communicate with field staff, and generate invoices while supporting gas check programs and contract management.

A high school diploma is preferred, with helpful exposure to petroleum products and service environments.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming service related calls, inputs data, and schedules service.
• Schedules technicians for routine maintenance and coordinates major repairs.
• Communicates with field technicians regarding assignments and progress.
• Inputs parts and labor data to generate invoices for service work.
• Reconciles billable and non-billable time for technicians.
• Manages service contracts including setup, renewals, and maintenance scheduling.
• Assists in controlling parts inventory and restocking.
• Coordinates Gas Check program and schedules technicians.
