Job summary

Vortex Doors, America’s leading commercial and industrial door installation and repair company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in New Orleans. You will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or administrative background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and offering service assistance.
• Identify and analyze customer needs, provide solutions, schedule services, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinated personnel to meet customer requests based on location, urgency, and availability.
• Develop understanding of products and door services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle collection and reporting activities and pursue recovery of outstanding payments.
