Job summary

Vortex Doors in Anaheim, CA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive service experience in a fast-paced office setting.

You will manage records in the CRM, assist with dispatching, develop product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional support. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service/administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and analyze customer needs, providing solutions and scheduling services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
