Vortex Doors, America’s leading commercial and industrial door installation and repair company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or administrative background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and analyze customer needs, provide solutions, schedule services, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Dispatch vehicles and personnel to meet customer requests, considering location and urgency.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
