Job summary

American Leak Detection of North Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer questions, schedule appointments, and dispatch/routing for our technicians across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role is full-time and in-office with a standard 8-hour daytime shift on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability as needed.

The CSR will serve residential, commercial, and municipal customers, providing excellent service and clear communication while using Microsoft Office; Salesforce

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction industries is a plus but not required.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required.
