Job summary

Von Maur in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager to lead the store’s communication hub, solve problems effectively, and drive exceptional service for customers and associates. You will motivate associates, coach them to deliver consistently, and oversee the full range of department duties to ensure accurate and timely execution.

The role requires on-site presence across day, evening, and weekend shifts and ongoing development of service-counter skills.

Qualifications

• Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service by training, coaching and leading by example.
• Oversee all duties of the customer service department to ensure timely and accurate completion.
