Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Department Manager to lead and develop the department team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on coaching associates, building relationships with customers, and meeting department goals through effective merchandising and service.

You will coach, train, and motivate staff, while managing performance and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
