Job summary

Von Maur in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager to lead a team of associates and uphold exceptional service standards. You will coach staff, oversee daily department operations, and implement solutions to address customer needs while promoting from within and supporting sales goals.

You will also drive continuous improvement, mentor employees, and collaborate with store leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience across channels, while maintaining strong team

Qualifications
