About the Role

Our client, a growing winery and hospitality group, is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in the picturesque town of Paarl, Western Cape. This role is instrumental in managing customer communications, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and have a passion for the hospitality and wine industry. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations for tastings, tours, and events.

• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., events, sales, hospitality) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Process bookings, payments, and confirmations efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preparing customer-related reports and communications.
• Provide information on winery offerings, events, and packages.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with customer-related activities.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in hospitality, tourism, or business administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with booking/CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of or interest in the wine industry is advantageous.
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Paarl, Western Cape.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as required.
