Our client, a growing winery and hospitality group in Paarl, is seeking a detailed-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer inquiries and bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and administrative skills, with involvement in tastings, tours, and events, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with sales and hospitality teams.

Qualifications

• Requires hospitality or business admin background; strong customer focus.
• Experience in customer service, administration or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/booking software.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate tastings, tours, and events bookings.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with events, sales and hospitality teams.
• Process bookings, payments, and confirmations.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare customer-related reports and communications.
• Provide information on winery offerings, events, and packages.
• Support sales and marketing with customer activities.
• Ensure high standard of service across touchpoints.
