Living Branches is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our Environmental Services team at Dock Woods. In this key support role, you'll be the welcoming connecting between residents, team members and maintenance staff - helping coordinate service requests, track work orders, manage department communications, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Customer Service Coordinator highlights:
- Processes maintenance requests from residents and employees into computerized work order system and assigns priority codes to work orders to identify level of response required.
- Obtains and records accurate and complete information for each work order and runs periodic reports of work order history
- Assists Maintenance Supervisor in assigning work orders to maintenance team members for completion
- Tracks work orders through completion and fields resident calls for work order status and customer support
- Closes completed work orders in the computer system and files all pertinent information
- Performs as clearing house for all department calls. Receives, screens, and directs all department telephone calls and records and distributes messages to employees
- Reconciles daily payroll transactions with time clock punches in E-time system for maintenance team members and enters work log information into E-time system
- Maintains office supply inventory, processes and expedites material and supply orders from ordering through to receipt of items and signs for and distributes delivered orders
- Performs general administrative duties such as running periodic man-hour report, preparing minutes, memos, and correspondence as requested, making photocopies and faxing materials, distributing incoming mail, and scheduling appointments for department employees
- Handles multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work within given deadlines and to address emergencies as they may occur
- Experience providing quality customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Valid Drivers License, required
- High School Diploma, required
- Clerical experience in a technical or related industry, two to three years
