Job summary

Living Branches in Lansdale, PA, is hiring for a Server Team Lead to coordinate dining service activities and oversee front-of-house staff in a community setting.

You will take orders, ensure food handling standards, and assist with onboarding and training, with every other weekend and holiday hours required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing quality customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain dining protocols and build rapport among staff.
• Coordinate service activities and oversee front of house staff.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll still be able to maintain relationships with residents, assist them with their dining needs, and gain kitchen experience, but you'll be challenged with the additional responsibilities of maintaining dining protocols and building rapport among staff!
