Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a capable Customer Service/Dispatcher to schedule and coordinate repair service calls, liaise with technicians, and resolve customer issues. This on-site role requires strong phone etiquette, multitasking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in Buffalo, NY.

Candidates should have prior call center or dispatcher experience, a high school diploma, and be able to work day, night, and weekend hours.

Qualifications
