Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a full-time customer service dispatcher to schedule and coordinate repair service calls. The role requires excellent listening skills, multitasking ability, and strong computer proficiency to support customers and technicians.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, liaising between customers and technicians, and ensuring warranty guidelines are followed. This position may include day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
