Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Centennial, CO is seeking a Children’s Activity Area Associate to welcome families, supervise play areas, and ensure a safe, clean environment for kids. This role emphasizes friendly service and safety in a family-friendly setting.

You will register and entertain children, help plan activities, and assist in other customer‑experience tasks as needed. This is a permanent full‑time position with 34–40 hours per week and evening/weekend shifts. Benefits are included.

• Strictly adhere to all IKEA play facility and safety & security policy and procedures.
• Support in other areas of the customer experience function as needed, such as cashier and greeter role to provide additional coverage when needed.

What you'll be doing day to day

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time (benefits included)

HOURS: 34-40 hrs/week (FT)

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.50.
