Job summary

Lowe's in Lancaster, PA seeks a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right products for home improvement. You will listen, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and provide friendly, professional service throughout the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smart phones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store needs.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipe cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and handle duties as assigned.
