Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll assist with locating merchandise, load and stock items, and process orders while delivering friendly, efficient service across departments.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, opportunities to learn new trade skills through Lowe's programs, and a collaborative team environment in a bustling retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
