Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Lancaster, PA to welcome customers and help them find products for their home improvement needs. You will assist across departments, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the day.

Qualifications

6 Months experience using a computer.
6 Months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
Able to stand/sit for long periods.
Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
Prepare department-specific tasks (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/ thread pipe, cut/bundle wood).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
