Job summary

Lowe's, a leading home improvement retailer, seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments. You’ll handle inquiries, stock shelves, process deliveries, and support store operations with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Part-time roles include opportunities to learn trade skills, earn competitive pay, and access health benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan. Prior retail or bilingual experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Preferred: 6 months retail/customer service experience.
• Preferred: Bi-lingual skills.
• Preferred: certification in a relevant trade area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint/mix, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
