Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and gear setup.

You will work with U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, assist with loading, and educate customers about products and services. This role requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record, with on-site work at our centers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use basic tech and tools to assist customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers regarding products and services.
