Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help with equipment inspection.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. On-the-job training, two hands-on interviews, and bonuses are offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane (training provided).
• Drive a forklift (training provided) and participate in U-Haul education.
