U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and product information. You will work with a supportive team and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, while maintaining roadside equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
