Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You greet, assist, and process purchases at the POS, while handling returns and exchanges and maintaining store displays.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Minimum pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. This role supports Floor & Decor’s commitment to outstanding customer service and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
