Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. The role includes greeting customers, processing sales at the POS, handling returns, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment at multiple store locations.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with a pay range of $17.00–$20.20 per hour. Candidates should be at least 18, possess basic math skills, and have customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
