Floor & Decor is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. This role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with base pay from $17.23 per hour and higher depending on experience.

The successful candidate will greet customers, recommend products, and process transactions while upholding Floor & Decor’s service standards and safety policies. Opportunities for growth and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to travel to other stores for support (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Engage with customers about their projects and recommend products.
• Provide excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Follow safety processes and company policies.
• Handle checkout using the POS system and process payments.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers; manage cash procedures.
• Stock and tag merchandise, and create price signs.
