Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies in Parker, CO is seeking a friendly Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process sales, and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will handle cash, operate the register, answer phones, process refunds and exchanges, maintain the checkstand area, and support store initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months cashier experience.
• Age: 18+ (19 in certain states for tobacco).
• Ability to pass a drug test and work weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist associates.
• Perform cashier functions, operate the register, complete tender transactions.
• Maintain checkout area and handle price discrepancies.
• Answer phones and follow company policies.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders and gift cards.
