Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Associate in Parker, CO. You will assist customers, operate the checkout, handle cash, and support store operations.

The role requires a reliable team player who can manage fast-paced conditions and maintain accuracy in transactions. Responsibilities include opening/closing the desk, processing refunds and payments, and ensuring the checkstand area stays clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Minimum 18 years of age/19 years of age in Idaho/ 19 years in Alaska if selling tobacco.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects.
• Accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales at the checkout.
• Perform cashier functions including opening/closing the register and tender transactions.
• Maintain the checkstand area and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Answer telephone and provide customer service at the desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, and gift cards.
• Support store accounting tasks and bank deposits.
