DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative in New York. The role requires bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities and focuses on serving customers and coordinating service appointments.

This position is not remote and offers opportunities for growth within the company. The candidate should bring excellent phone etiquette, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs.
• Outbound service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience.
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
