Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join our on-site team. In this full-time role you will handle a high volume of service calls, schedule appointments, send confirmations, and provide accurate information on services, pricing, wait times, and warranties.

Full time on site position. Not Remote Eligible.
