Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative in Silver Spring, MD. This on-site, bilingual role supports the service department with customers, scheduling, and information on services and warranties.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have prior call center or customer service experience, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role is valued.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs.
• Outbound service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
