DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to connect our service department with customers in Silver Spring, MD. This on-site role handles high-volume service calls and schedules appointments to ensure a seamless experience.

You'll provide pricing, wait times, and warranty information, assist customers, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while supporting a dynamic team and training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette are essential.
