• Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs.
• Outbound service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience.
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
