Encore Talent Solutions in the Northeast Columbus, OH area is seeking a Provider Services/Customer Services Representative for a contract through June 2027, with the possibility of extension or hire. This full onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, and pays $18.50 per hour.

Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client in the Northeast Columbus, OH area to identify a Provider Services/Customer Services Representative on a contract opening running through June 2027 (possible extensions/option to hire).

• This role will be full onsite with normal first shift business hours (M-F 8a-5p ET)
• Pay rate will be 18.50/hr

Customer Service Specialist

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, contact center/call center operations, healthcare administration, medical records, claims processing, data entry, or provider relations
• Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work from and manage assigned call lists (advanced Excel not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently follow established procedures
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
