Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics with internal/external departments and warehouses.
• Project manage logistics for major account orders with customer interaction.
• Serve as liaison between GFC and dealer network; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Gordon Flesch Company customers.
• Process orders and negotiate contracts with vendors for installations nationwide.
• Analyze dealer contracts for profitability and renegotiate as needed.
• Invoice equipment billing and review invoices for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and coordinate moves or contract renegotiations.
• Maintain accurate records in order processing systems and internal tools.
• Support inquiries from customers, dealers, and other departments through resolution.
