Job summary

Gordon Flesch Company is seeking a logistics coordinator to coordinate equipment transport across departments and warehouses, while project-managing major account orders with direct customer contact.

You will support the service department as a liaison with the dealer network, process orders, negotiate vendor contracts for nationwide installations, and analyze profitability. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide strong customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics with internal/external departments and warehouses.
• Project manage logistics for major account orders with customer interaction.
• Serve as liaison between Gordon Flesch Company and dealer network; meet deadlines.
• Process orders and support invoicing; review for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors/dealer partners for nationwide installations; analyze profitability.
• Maintain records in order processing systems (eAutomate) and internal tools.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate when needed; provide exceptional service to customers.
