Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring for a Customer Service Associate in New Jersey. You will handle shipping, receiving, invoicing, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include billing, coordination with warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate records while following GMP and safety guidelines. This role requires 3+ years of customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience; business related degree preferred.
• 3 years of verifiable customer service experience; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving with DC Manager and Supervisors.
• Process billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and accuracy.
• Resolve billing, invoicing, shipping and receiving issues with customers and management.
• Daily communication with customers and internal teams via email/phone/in person.
• Liaise between warehouse, customer accounts and invoicing/credit changes.
• Follow GMP and site safety rules; assist enforcement as needed.
• Observe all safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
