ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Customer Service Representative to handle receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping and invoicing of our customers' inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will work closely with the warehouse leadership team and customers, processing shipping/receiving documents, managing data in the Warehouse Management System, and preparing routine reporting. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive approach to resolving

Competenze

1–2+ years in customer service or related roles.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.

Mansioni

Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation.
Communicate effectively with transportation, management, coworkers and customers.
Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools.
Monitor damaged and on-hold product and notify vendors.
Collaborate with customers on needs and relationships.
Research, resolve and communicate discrepancies.
Complete daily/monthly customer reporting.
