Job summary

Id-Logistics seeks a Warehouse Customer Service representative for the second shift at our Joliet distribution center. The role coordinates shipping/receiving, invoicing, and customer inquiries while collaborating with site leadership to maintain service excellence.

You will manage documentation, respond to customers via email/phone, and support billing with accuracy in a fast-paced logistics environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse support experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; strong communication and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities within warehouse management systems in partnership with site leadership.
• Process billing and invoicing accurately while meeting tight turnaround timelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Provide daily communication with customers, operations teams, and management through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers regarding account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions and shipments.
• Support customer inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Leadership teams to support service excellence.
