Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in our Joliet distribution center. You will manage shipping and receiving, process billing, and resolve inquiries with internal teams and customers.

Work is on-site, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with possible overtime. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities within warehouse management systems in partnership with site leadership.
• Process billing and invoicing accurately while meeting tight turnaround timelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Provide daily communication with customers, operations teams, and management through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse operations and customers regarding account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions and shipments.
• Support customer inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Leadership teams to support service excellence.
• Follow corporate and site-specific GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety policies and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
