1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues.
2. Registers sales, processes transactions, and handles returns, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Maintains store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory records.
4. Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web order pickups.
5. Ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
6. Participates in training and demonstrates flexibility in work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
