Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members.
- Recommend items for sale and suggestive selling.
- Process transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and manage inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures.
- Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays; assist with store resets.
- Assist with food product placement and stock rotation.
- Operate store systems and equipment proficiently.
- Provide photo area services and web order fulfillment.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to policies.
- Complete assigned tasks and participate in training.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer at least six months of retail experience.
- Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

- Salary: $15 - $17.50/hour.
