Locations: Multiple Locations including Uniontown, Ohio; Ann Arbor, Michigan; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Cincinnati, Ohio; and others across the United States.

Position Details

This is a full-time, remote position within the Bank's footprint. The employee will work remotely, with occasional in-person meetings. The schedule is from 9am to 8pm, Friday through Monday or Saturday through Tuesday, including non-traditional holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking or financial experience preferred.
• Previous contact center and sales experience preferred.

Job Summary
