Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to process service requests, prepare work orders, generate invoices, and receive payments for maintenance and repair work within the Physical Properties Department.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with trades, vendors, residents, and foremen while ensuring timely and accurate billing, paying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with vendors, internal customers, and residents with tact and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Process in-person, phone, and written requests for services.
• Generate initial work orders and schedule requests.
• Create and process invoices; ensure monthly closure.
• Research customer accounts and resolve billing or service questions.
• Coordinate with foremen and trades to manage schedules and resources.
