Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to process service requests, generate work orders, and manage invoices for the Physical Properties Department.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, excellent communication, and tact when dealing with residents, vendors, and internal teams. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, LTD and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to use MS Office and database software.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for services and generate initial work orders.
• Create invoices and receive payments for services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Liaise with foreman and trades to coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain service schedules and avoid double bookings.
