Position Overview

Are you ready to utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to help patients realize their dreams of having a family? As a Customer Service Representative at Freedom Fertility, you will use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, gather medical histories, and address fertility challenges.

This role is more than typical customer service — it’s about making a real difference in people's lives while working for a compassionate company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle 25-30 calls daily related to Inbound & Outbound (IB & OB).
  2. Coordinate fertility plans and medications by working with patients and physicians.
  3. Own the patient experience by resolving issues and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  4. Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.

Requirements
