Customer Service Associate Representative - Band 1

Location: Must reside in MA

Preferred Qualification: Certified Pharmacy Technician

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Freedom Fertility, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to assist patients with their fertility journeys. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding patients’ medical histories, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling 25-30 calls related to infertility and obstetrics
  • Coordinating with patients and physicians on fertility plans and medications
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring follow-up
  • Accurately entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details

Requirements:
